How It Works

We walk you through every step of the way, from sign-up to success.

This isn’t a course you’re left to figure out alone or a generic video with information that doesn’t pertain to you. We guide you, support you, and help you in meaningful ways each week for six months.

  • Fill out a short form so we can learn about your business, your goals, and what you need most.

  • Once accepted, join a welcome call with Kristin Williams and David Neal. Together, we’ll map your path through the program.

  • The Accelerator starts with action. You’ll receive your Toolkit, join the community Slack group, and dive into your first training. Every step you take moves you closer to contracting success and we will be right there with you.

  • You’ll meet with your guides weekly, connect with other Acceleratees, and get personalized support as you learn how to identify good-fit bids, draft winning proposals, and secure government contracts.

  • Nope! This Accelerator is designed for beginners. We meet you where you are and then walk with you from research to registrations to readiness.

  • We get it; you’re running a business (among a million other things). That’s why trainings are recorded and you’ll still have access to The Member Dashboard, the Amalgamation Slack, and consulting support—all on your schedule.

  • Plan for about 3-5 hours per week, including coaching, trainings, and time to apply what you’re learning. You’ll get clear guidance so no time is wasted.

  • We strongly recommend completing the full six-month program to get the best results—but there’s no long-term contract. You’re billed monthly and your support starts fresh each month after payment.

  • Absolutely! We will help you identify and register with the agencies most relevant to your business.

  • We accept applications on a rolling basis and form cohorts regularly. If you’re a good fit, we’ll hep you get started right away.
